How the subscription works
- You pay monthly or yearly, in advance, in euro. The subscription renews each period until you cancel. Yearly costs ten months and gives twelve.
- Cancelling stops the next payment; the month or year you paid for keeps running until it ends. You cancel in Settings under Manage billing. Part of a started period is not refunded.
- Pro switches on at once, so before paying you are asked to agree that the 14-day right to cancel ends when it does.
- When Pro ends, your roadmap, steps, votes and suggestions stay. The player page goes back to the standard look, and your personalisation is kept in case you come back.
- Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- Tax, where it applies, is worked out at checkout and shown before you pay.
The full conditions are in the Terms of Service and the Refund Policy. They follow the same rules as VanillaX and have not been reviewed by a lawyer.
