Terms of Service

1. Who we are and what this is

FollowUp Desk X is a web application for Minecraft server owners: a roadmap of planned changes, a checklist of steps behind each one, and an optional public page that shows the roadmap to players. It is provided by Sebastian, trading as Scappi X Studios (“we”, “us”), a one-person workshop in Denmark, the same one that makes VanillaX. There is no company behind it and no staff: you are writing to the person who wrote the code. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

The service is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Mojang or Microsoft. Minecraft is their trademark.

2. Your account

• You must give a working email address and keep your password confidential.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access to it.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service for anything unlawful, or store data you have no right to hold;
• try to access another account’s data or interfere with the service or its security;
• use automated means to overload the service or to copy it;
• resell access to the service without our written agreement.

4. Your data

You keep ownership of everything you enter: roadmap items, descriptions, steps and notes. You give us permission to store and process that data only as needed to run the service for you, which includes showing it on your public page when you have switched that page on.

You decide what goes on your public page and you are responsible for it. Do not put other people’s personal details, such as player names or staff members’ private information, into a roadmap item without their agreement. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.

5. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change or remove features. If we make a change that materially reduces what the service does for you, we will give reasonable notice where that is practical.

The service does not send notifications or emails. Keeping the roadmap current is up to you.

6. Price and the Pro subscription

The roadmap, steps, team tools, player page, votes, suggestions and the game plugin are free. Pro is an optional paid subscription that personalises the player page of one server. What it includes and what it costs is shown on the Pricing page and again before you pay.

• Pro is paid monthly or yearly, in advance, in euro. A year costs ten months. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card.
• Tax, where it applies, is worked out at checkout and shown before you pay.
• The subscription renews every month or every year, as you chose, until you cancel.
• Cancelling stops the next payment; the month or year you paid for keeps running until it ends. You cancel in Settings under Manage billing.
• If a payment fails, Pro may be switched off until it succeeds. Your roadmap and everything else you have entered are kept, and the player page returns to the standard look.
• If the price changes, we give notice on this site before it applies to a renewal.
• We may suspend an account that is used for fraud, chargebacks or abuse.

If you are under 18: ask whoever pays the bills before buying anything. We may reverse purchases made by a child without permission.

Your right to cancel and our refund rules are in the Refund Policy.

7. Suspension and termination

• You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time from Settings.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk. Where reasonable we will warn you first and give you a chance to export or copy your data.
• When an account is deleted, its data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Liability

The service is provided as it is. We cannot guarantee that it is always available, that it works with every server setup, or that a Minecraft or plugin update will not break the game plugin.

Nothing here limits rights you have under Danish or EU consumer law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law. If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep the protections of your home country.
